This hybrid business model lets you economically try all features, and lets you choose the purchase model that best suits your needs. One-off purchase covers the current major version of the app (+ upgrade pricing) while the subscription includes all major upgrades of the app while subscribed.

1. Get a copy of all the notes stored in the notebook:
• Select the notebook in the sidebar.
• Select any note with a long press.
• Tap on the "Select All" button.
• Tap on the archive button to create a local archive file containing the note images and their metadata in human readable form.


2. Completely delete the data stored in the third-party service associated with the notebook.
• Select the notebook in the sidebar.
• Select any note with a long press.
• Tap on the "Select All" button.
• Tap on the delete button.


3. Temporarily deactivate access to the third-party service associated with the notebook.
• Go to Settings > Notebooks.
• Switch off the notebook.

• Tagging / moving notes: notes can be dropped on a specific tag in the sidebar which will tag them. Dragging notes to another store (iCloud, Dropbox, etc.) in the sidebar will move them to that store (internal dragging: iPhone and iPad).
• Importing picture: dragging a picture from another app into Carbo will create a new note from it. Dragging it directly into a specific store (iCloud, Dropbox, etc.) in the sidebar will create the note in that store (iPad only).
• Exporting a drawing: when a note is opened in the style chooser, it can be exported with that style into another app by dragging it (iPad only).
• Exporting multiple notes: multiple notes can be dragged simultaneously from the main list, and exported to another app (iPad only).

• APPLE PENCIL / IPAD PRO IMPROVEMENTS
• Carbo now offers 3 distinctive drawing tools: 2 fixed thickness drawing tool (best for regular handwriting & sketches), in addition to a new calligraphic drawing tool (styled handwriting like a flow pen).
• Calligraphic tool reacts to pencil angle, speed, and pressure.
• Drawing method has been refined for all tools, and drawing artefacts removed.
• Drawing heads are now thinner to better enjoy Apple Pencil precision, and now provide absolute sizing in all cases (thickness does not depend on zoom level).
• Eraser tool is now more sensitive to pencil angle. It becomes larger when pencil is lowered, with interactive display of eraser head.

• Better use of display surface. Margin have been removed to provide more room to content
• Improved fullscreen mode. Top toolbar and drawing tools are now completely removed when entering fullscreen mode for a better viewing / editing experience.
